Who we are

A-QUB Ltd operates a platform that lets businesses (restaurants, vendors, and service providers) receive and manage customer orders through WhatsApp, assisted by an automated assistant. Each business is responsible for its own goods, services, pricing, and fulfilment; we provide the messaging and order-management technology.

Information we collect

• Your WhatsApp number — used to identify you and send order updates.
• Your name, if you provide it during a conversation.
• Order details — the items you request, quantities, delivery information you share, and the status of your order.
• Message content — the messages you send to and receive from the automated assistant, used solely to take and process your order.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are arranged and confirmed directly with the business.

How we use your information

• To take your order and calculate totals.
• To pass your order to the relevant business's staff for confirmation and fulfilment.
• To send you order confirmations, payment receipts, estimated delivery times, and delivery-driver contact details.
• To understand demand (for example, which items customers ask for) so businesses can improve their offerings. This analysis is aggregated and not used to profile you individually.

How messages are processed

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.) in accordance with Meta's own terms and privacy policies. To generate replies, message content may be processed by a third-party AI language model provider (Groq, Inc.) strictly to produce a response to your order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data sharing

We share your information only with:

• The business you are ordering from, so it can fulfil your order.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (messaging, hosting, and AI processing) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order and conversation records only for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and for reasonable business analysis. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
